Just back from a fantastic couple of days with Oli down in Cornwall. Day one in the quarry working on breathing techniques and diving skills (never thought I'd be able to breath hold for 3 minutes), followed by a bountiful day on the south Cornish coast. Highly recommended.

Thank you Oli for all your time and guidance on the 2 day spearfishing course.  I had an amazing time , learnt so much , and came back with an understanding of the skill required and what to practice.
This is an excellent course for anyone who’s interested in the art , I’d say it definitely helps if you have some prior snorkelling experience or diving experience as being comfortable in the water will allow you to progress quicker. The quarry facilities are fantastic and Oli really gave some thought on where to go to give us some sucesss on day 2 in open water.
